We are a team of high-profile professionals, each with extensive experience built over the years in several international contexts.

We share the same business ethics with regard to our clients and a common skill set. On top of this, each of us has developed their own competence areas. Bringing all this together, we are able to provide a full range of services and still share a common approach.

Our intent is to accompany our clients toward the most current and innovative practices in software development, so that the business value of what they create may reflect the value of the teams creating it.

We build a direct partnership with our clients and we consider each project, each team and each company as unique so, for each case, we develop and suggest a personalized improvement path.

Our skill set is such that, depending on the circumstances, we can support our clients in different ways, which include: addressing technical or architectural issues; technical innovation; workshops and continuing education; training; adoption of Agile and Lean methods; teamwork practices; coaching.

These are a few points that distinguish us:

  • just as we are experts on technology, as well we know and understand how important people and teamwork dynamics are, and we can support our clients both in the technical and in the relational evolution
  • we are active in the international community as conference speakers, book authors and event promoters
  • the experience each of us built on the field in heterogeneous contexts, together with our work as a team, are a collective body of insights and useful know-how that lets us suggest effective technological solutions, customized on the different needs
  • we are experts on technical communication, thanks to our activity as trainers, authors and speakers; and we are experts on interpersonal communications, thanks to our activity as coach and our relational training

Finally, our business model itself follows the principles of teamwork and fast reaction time, which we are able to transfer. We adopted a Lean approach and we removed every organizational burden that doesn't generate value for us and for our clients.
